Got a present from a dump truck yesterday
I’m going to run to Walmart and pick some of this stuff up after work.

That image says it is 1.5 stars. Maybe try a different brand?
That really sucks though.

1.5 Stars... should be great!
I kid, I kid. Good luck with the fix, I hope it works. I've seen that stuff but never tried it

Just put some duct tape over it. Good as new. Or some of that aluminum “mach” tape that the Air Force uses.

I do my best to stay the hell away from dump trucks, but every now and then they get you anyway.

That already looks a bit spread, but depending on your insurance and replacement cost, they might pay for a professional to fill that for free. I have a guy who does great work and whenever I have a customer bummed about a star they get he handles the insurance, costs my client zero, and he palms me 10 bucks next time I see him

Cover it with one of these, people will think you're a badass.

I used that exact stuff. It definitely stopped the spread.. For a while. It didn’t do anything about actually filling in the Crack so that it would look nice. Just stopped the spread immediately and made it feel smooth. 1.5 years later though, I woke up to it spreading again. Today as I write this comment, I’m having the windshield replaced! Only cost $190 installed (no insurance, cash price) though which is nice.

It's because people expect it to fully repair it back to good as new state.

Rats. That won’t buff out too easily.

It would be nice if it actually spent The five minutes it would take to rollout their tonneau cover.

Haha that's not what that does at all. It's just clear filler material.

The last time I got hit by one, it was going the other direction on a 2 lane road. Immediate 6 inch crack, 3 week old car :(
Sometimes they’re just out to get ya I guess....

I hate this. I’m sorry, good luck fixing it, I have had success in the past with similar products, fingers crossed for ya!

Check what your insurance covers. They sometimes cover glass repairs free.
